✨ BONUS TIPS:
🫓 You’ll find cracked burghul (aka bulgur wheat) in the health food aisle or bulk wholefood stores. To go gluten-free, use brown rice, puy lentils or quinoa instead.
🌱 Make this salad fully plant-based by holding the yog in the dressing and subbing in Tofutti or another kind of creamy nut cheese (Botanical Cuisine, Yay! and Damona offer great options).
🍎 You can buy pomegranate seeds pre-picked or you can cut the pomegranate in half and smack their bums with a wooden spoon over a bowl to watch the garnet gems fly out.
